Exchange and Return Policy

We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes, products may not meet your expectations. Therefore, we offer a straightforward exchange and return policy to make your shopping experience worry-free.
Returns
Eligibility:
- You may return unopened and unused products within 5 days of receiving your delivery for a full refund or store credit.
- Perishable items, such as Shilajit, herbal teas, edible seeds, sugar cubes or super foods are not eligible for return due to hygiene and quality concerns, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Our Shilajit resin arrives you in its natural form. During movement in transit the product may stick to the lid. In this case place the bottle in preheated water for 5 minutes until the resin returns to the bottom of the jar.
- Opened skincare products such as Multani Mitti are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
- The product sealed must be un opened and the original brand packaging must be intact.
Conditions:
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt).
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or defective items.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 15 business days.
- We will process your refund via bank transfer or e-transfer, or alternatively, store credit will be applied to your account immediately.
Exchanges
Eligibility:
- You may exchange unopened and unused products within 5 days of delivery for a different product of equal or lesser value.
- If the new product is of greater value, the customer must pay the price difference.
Conditions:
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt).
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any return shipping costs.

- Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).
