Hunza Mist Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Regions

  • We currently ship to all regions across Pakistan.
  • For international deliveries, you will need to contact us if the chosen products can be shipped out to your location; and if so, we can reply back to you with a shipping cost quote.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation via WhatsApp, SMS/email.
  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

3. Shipping Methods & Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your order’s weight, dimensions, and your delivery location. You will see the exact shipping cost displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Domestic Orders: Typically delivered within 3-7 business days after dispatch.
  • International Orders (if applicable): Delivery times for international orders vary significantly based on the destination country’s customs procedures and local postal services. Estimated delivery can range from 7-21 business days or more.

Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather delays, customs inspections, carrier issues).

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation SMS/WhatsApp that includes a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We generally do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.
  • International Customs, Duties, and Taxes: For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and fees may be imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
  • Prohibited Items: Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order can be lawfully imported to their destination country. Hunza Mist is not responsible for any items seized or rejected by customs.

7. Damaged or Lost Orders

  • Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days at info@hunzamist.pk or WhatsApp number +92-304-9811055 with photos of the damaged product(s) and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
  • Lost in Transit: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time frame, please contact us. Please remember to include your Order Number (sent via email after your purchase) when contacting us, so we can assist you quickly in locating or tracking your order.
